TOBA TEK SINGH: Nearby village Jakrah, received intense firing which resulted in 4 casualties and 14 injuries. The injured include a little child.

The village, Jakrah, is renowned for its action against dacoits whereby the villagers of the Jakrah village helped the police in capturing 8 dacoits last month.

The bandits were wanted in several dacoity incidents.
