SC delays hearing in Babar Awan's contempt case

ISLAMABAD: Babar Awan's contempt case, to be heard on Tuesday, was adjourned till April 26 as the former Federal Law Minister's counsel was absent from the court.

The two-member bench of the apex court, hearing Awan's case, included Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Athar Saeed. The bench was to frame contempt charge against Babar Awan for his taunting remarks against the judiciary while talking to the media.
