Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani Tuesday said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto sacrificed his life for the country and to ensure the basic rights of the people. Talking to newsmen here after visiting the grave of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his 33rd death anniversary, the Prime Minister said, “as workers of Pakistan Peoples Party, it is our duty to promote the mission and vision of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.” The Prime Minister said the PPP leadership especially Benazir Bhutto, her mother Nusrat Bhutto and her brothers embraced martyrdom in the struggle for the rights of the people of Pakistan and to promote democracy in the country.
