Nurses and para medical staff continued to protest across Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, Aaj news reported.

According to our correspondent, Nurses of various government hospitals protest outside the Karachi press club and warned to do strike until their demands are not approved.

Patients coming to the government hospitals including, Jinnah hospital (JPMC), Civil hospital and National Institute of Children Health (NICH) are facing too much difficulties due to the strike of nurses.

While the officials said, More than 300 operations and over 50, 000 lab tests couldn’t be performed at the JPMC while over 200 operations and thousands of lab tests were also delayed at the NICH.

The  nurses and para medical staff in Gilgit Baltistan (GB) are on strike for last 6 days and demanded the government to ensure their security and and job confirmations.
