The contempt of court case against Prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was adjourned till thurdsday.

Counsel for PM, Atizaz Ahsan presented his evidences, during the today's proceedings he argued that until Asif Ali Zardari is holding the office of President of Pakistan, the SC order to write letter can not be implemented..

He also expressed dissatisfaction over the bench, saying the bench that issued notice and delivered verdict before the case was started, should not conduct proceedings.
A seven-member bench led by Justice Nasirul Mulk is hearing the case in the Supreme Court.

PM’s counsel, Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan, continues to present evidences before the court. While supreme court ordered to write the statement as the evidences was cpmpleted.

The SC on March 08 adjourned the hearing of contempt case against Prime Minister Gilani till today.
