The dead body of DCO Gawadar Abdur Rehman Dashti was shifted to Kech district, Balochistan and will be buried in his native place Dasht Kasar, Aaj News reported.

On late Monday night, The dead body of District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Gwadar, Abdul Rehman Dashti, was recovered from a car parked outside a house in Defence area.

According to the Superintendent Police (SP) Clifton Tariq Dharejo, Dashti was killed in a house in Khiyaban-e-Tanzeem, Defence owned by renowned political personality of Turbat, Mir Imam Bezanjo, who is said to be the father of sitting Balochistan National Party-Awami MNA, Yaqoob Bezanjo.
He said that Dashti was gunned down inside the house, from where police recovered spent bullet cases.

Dharejo said that police detained two domestic servant of Imam Bezanjo who told police that Dashti was murdered inside the house.

Police said the body was shifted to Jinnah Hospital for autopsy and further investigation has been initiated.
