After quoting the success of recent Senate Polls, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani hinted that a separate Seraiki province is an achievable task and that his government will accomplish it.

Addressing the media he said that Pakistan's institutions are independent and that not even a single person is held as a political prisoner in the country at the moment he said that his government will bring forward the 2012-13 fiscal budget in May.

On the topic of a separate province for the 'Seraiki' population The Prime Minister said that Seriaki province is something that the Seraiki people are demanding for and the government will bring forward necessary amendments to make it happen. Any conspiracy against the Seraiki province will be eradicated and dealt with strictly, he added.

Attending towards other issues, Gilani said that Pakistan's relation ship with United States has survived many blows in the recent past, but that will not affect our business arrangements with Iran. He said that the government wants to facilitate the people of Pakistan under all the possible resources available.
