The counsel of Memo-gate case's key character Hussain Haqqani filed applications against the questioning of Ijaz Mansoor via Video-Link, which were heard by the judicial commission on Thursday.

Zahid Bukhari, in his applications asked for Mansoor Ijaz to be inquired personally in London instead of via a video link and all the evidence that Ijaz has brought forward should be photocopied and sent to Pakistan.

Mansoor Ijaz's lawyer Akram Sheikh, in reply, said that the evidence was of a confidential nature and will not be shared in the open. He said that evidence that can be shared will be provided to the commission surely.

Mansoor Ijaz is currently testifying to the Judicial Commision via a real time video-link from London to Islamabad.
