Australia on Wednesday beat India in T20 international cricket match by 31 runs.

MS Dhoni scored 48 and DJ Hussey took two wickets as India were restricted to 140 for 6 wickets in the T20 International.

Earlier Australia set India a target of 172 to clinch the T20 international. MS Wade top-scored for Australia with 72 followed by DJ Hussey 42. Australia made 171-4 after losing the toss. R Sharma with 1-27 was India's most impressive bowler.
