PML-F Chief Pir Sahib Pagara was laid to rest after funeral prayers held in Pir Jo Goth on Thursday.

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, former Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, former Sindh Assembly Speaker Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah, Prime Minister’s son Abdul Qadir Gilani, Federal Minister Khuda Bux Rajar and MPAs including Imtiaz Sheikh, Jam Madad Ali and Khan Muhammed Mehr and others also attended the funeral prayers.

Syed Mardan Ali Shah, Pir Pagara, who was the chief of Pakistan Muslim League – Functional (PML-F) passed away on Tuesday in London due to a cardiac arrest in the Wellington Hospital, London, on January 10.

He was taken to London on January 5 for a chest infection.
