Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will hold a  public meeting on Friday at the Sports Ground, Multan.

According to the sources, MQM cheif, Altaf Hussain will address 'Defence of Pakistan' Convention from London via telephone.

Top leadership of the party have reached Multan, while workers of MQM have started arriving at the venue from 13 districts of South Punjab.

Members of Coordination Committee and other Party Workers have gathered at the ground to attend the party Convention "Istehkam-e-Pakistan" in Multan.
