Pakistan made 470 in their first innings in reply to Bangladesh's 338 on the penultimate day of the second and final Test in Dhaka on Tuesday.
Pakistan got the lead of 132 runs.
During today's match Younis Khan returned to pavilion on 49 while Captain Misbah ul Haq made 70 runs.
Adnan Akmal played a responsible innings and added 53 runs in the score.
On third day match Opener Taufeeq Umar scored 130 for his seventh Test hundred. While Shakib ul Hassan got six wickets.
Pakistan lead 1-0 in the series after winning the opening Test by an innings and 184 runs.
