SC adjourns hearing of memogate case
The Supreme court of Pakistan adjourned the hearing of memogate case till December 22nd on Monday.
A nine-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing 11 petitions, including one filed by PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif, over the memo affair.
During the hearing, CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry remarked that the court's orders were ridiculed in the  ministers’ press conference after December 01 hearing of the case.
While the Press Information Department was used to ridicule courts.
All the respondents except President Asif Ali Zardari have submitted their replies on the memogate.
The court will examine the respondents’ statements including federal government, the army chief, ISI director general, Husain Haqqani and Mansoor Ijaz.
