Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary on Tuesday constituted a special bench to take up on Thursday a set of plea over Memogate issue on December 1.

The nine member special bench including the Chief Justice iftikhar Chaudhary, Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, Justice Tariq Parvez, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry will conduct proceedings on the issue of alleged Memo delivered to Admiral Mike Mullen, former US Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The constitution petition was filed by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif quaid of PML-N.
