Karachi normalizes after Numaish incident
The situation was normalized on Monday in the economic hub of the country after the incident of Numaish Chowrangi, Aaj news reported.
According to the reports, Police and rangers conducted search operation late Sunday and detained several suspected persons including the Imam of Mosque.
While Inspector General (IG) Sindh Mushtaq Shah has set up a committee to probe into the incident.
Talking about the accused arrested, the IG said criminal cases would be lodged against them and police has increased the  security for today's procession in Karachi.
On Sunday evening, Two young scouts were gunned down and three others injured in an attack by unidentified armed men on a Muharam-ul-Haram procession at Numaish Chowrangi.
The participants of the procession staged demonstration at Numaish Chowrangi against the attack by terrorists and blocked central M.A.Jinnah Road in protest against the incident. Police and Rangers cordoned the area after the incident.
