International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) World Men's Snooker Championship, which was originally scheduled to take place in Bahrain, will now be held in Bangalore from November 28 to December 3.

According to statement of Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) issued on Tuesday the event was shifted to Indian city of Banglore from Bahrain, due to crisis in parts of the Middle East.

All member countries of the IBSF have been invited to participate including Pakistan. The last date of entries is set as November 10, 2011.

The IBSF Annual General Meeting will be held on December one, PBSA said.
