At least 14 people were killed and six others injured in a firing incident on Tuesday in Quetta.

According to police, the gunmen stopped a bus carrying mostly Hazara community who were headed to work at a vegetable market on the outskirts of Quetta.

The gunmen forced them to stand in a line and then opened fire. Five people were killed on the spot while nine died in hospital. There were about 22 people on the bus.
