The mourners flocked to Millat town as the victims of a bus crash the previous day that left 36 dead were laid to rest in an emotional ceremony.

People were weeping and mourning during the funeral prayer and many schools, colleges, Markets and government offices remained close in the city.

On Monday, At least 36 people including 33 school students  were killed when a bus crashed on the motorway in Chakawal.

The 12 dead bodies including the body of Vice principal were sent to Faisalabad.

The driver of the bus also died after losing control of the vehicle.

The three victims were identified as Faisal and Shaban studied in class 10. While Ali Ifthikar of class ninth was also among the victims.
