At least 31 personnel embraced martyrdom while 20 others were injured in a suicide attack at Punjab Regimental Center in Mardan on Thursday.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a boy clad in school uniform entered the Punjab Regimental Centre and blew himself up resultantly 31 personnel were martyred and 20 others were injured.

The security officials in the Regimental Centre were carrying out their routine parade at the time of suicide attack.

The injured were immediately rushed to the CMH for medical treatment.
