Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sherry Rehman has agreed to withdraw proposed amendment in blasphemy law. This was stated by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani while talking to parliamentary delegation on Wednesday.

He said that Sherry’s decision was in accordance with the party policy adding that there was independent parliament, judiciary and media in Pakistan.
