Pillion riding banned in Karachi, Hyderabad
Sindh Home Department on Thursday banned pillion ridding in Karachi and Hyderabad till 12th of Muharram-Ul-Harram.
In a notification issued here from the provincial Home Department, the government has also banned objectionable wall-chalking and fixing banners on city’s roads.
The ban would be effective from 12:00am (night) December, 03, 2010.
