Former Justice Ali Hussain Qazalbash on Tuesday excused becoming member of Judicial Commission because of health problem.

According to details former Justice wrote a letter to Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary for excusing.

CJ accepted this request.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan/Chairman Judicial Commission of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has already called the first ever meeting of the Commission on November 6 to make and initiate the process of filling the actual and anticipated vacancies in the superior judiciary.
