'60% schools of Swat destroyed'
A government report reveals that around 60 percent of schools in Swat have been destroyed by militants over the past two years.
According to private TV, militants forcefully shut down 4,000 private schools and have either blasted or set on fire 230 schools, including 112 girls' schools in the region.
Moreover, around 87 schools, including 45 girls' schools, have been partially damaged and the total monetary damage comes to billions of rupees.
The report highlighted the fact that approximately 1,20,000 students have been forced to discontinue their studies due to conflict.
