The Deputy Inspector General of Police Traffic, Capital City Police has announced for the information of owners that it will be mandatory to get stickers to be displayed on wind screen of their vehicles in order to become part of processions taken out from Nishter Park to Hussainian Iranian Imambargah Kharadar, on 8th 9th & 10th of Muharram-ul-Harram 1429, A.H i.e. 18th 19th & 20th January-2008.
The stickers will be January, 17 2008, i.e 7th Muharram-ul-Harram 1429, A.H from office of the DIGPTraffic CCP, Karachi(Traffic Security Branch) Police Headquarters Garden, Karachi.
These Stickers will be issued up to 9th Muharram-ul-Harram-1429, i.e. 19th January-2008. It should be noted that no stickers will be issued to any vehicle except Ambulance or belonging to Scouts, Social Welfare Organizations, Sabils and emergency vehicles.
The original and photo copy of national identity card of the driver and registration book of the vehicle may also be provided to the scrutiny committee for security purpose.
