Bollywoods original daredevil Akshay Kumar is surely a doting father! According to latest buzz, Akshays onscreen character in his upcoming flick ‘Blue’ is named after none other than his son Aarav!
It is believed that Akshay Kumar agreed to draw on his son’s name as it perfectly complemented the character and storyline. Blue is an out-and-out spine chilling action thriller that is exclusively shot along the harbor with macho Akshay sporting his well sculpted torso in swimming trunks.
With Aarav’s name tattooed on his back, Akshay flaunted the name instead of hiding it with makeup as it added oomph and glamour quotient to the character. According to Anthony D’Souza, the director of the flick, "Akshay agreed on being called by his son`s name as it gelled well. As he has tattooed the name on his back, it added to his character`s styling."
It is believed that Akshay was completely cool in sharing his son’s name for his action packed slick adventure flick ‘Blue’.
According to a close source to Akshay, "In ‘Blue’, Akshay`s character has shades of grey. When this aspect was pointed out to him and that he was being called Aarav, the actor laughed and quipped, `It`s only for a film`."
With Akshay’s past few flicks bombing badly at Box Office, it is believed that the actor has huge hopes with ‘Blue’ and is not divulging any information about it till it gets released later this year.
