Murtaza Bhutto paid tribute on his 18th death anniversary
ISLAMABAD: Co-Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and former President Asif Ali Zardari Friday paid tribute to Mir Murtaza Bhutto on his 18th death anniversary falling on Saturday (Sept 20).
"Mir Murtaza Bhutto will be remembered as the scion of Bhutto family who endured the rigours of exile, witnessed the tormenting of his mother and sister, the assassination of his father and his younger brother but who refused to compromise with the dictatorship", he added in press release issued here.
"It is my conviction that nothing remains secret forever and as the wheels of time turn the assassins of Mir Murtaza would not only be exposed but also punished", he opined.
He termed Mir Murataza as a man of great courage who lived an eventful life dedicated to fighting against dictatorship.
