At least three people were killed while 15 others were injured when a passenger van plunged into the Neelam River on Friday.

The van was on way to Muzaffarabad from Nosehri. Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred due to over-speeding and there were 20 passengers in the van, a private news channel reported.

Police and rescue teams reached the site of the accident. Injured and bodies were being shifted to the Muzaffarabad Hospital.
