Unidentified assailants on Friday killed thirteen people and injured several in Lower Kurram agency, Hangu.

According to details, the vehicles were heading towards Peshawar from Parachinar when some unidentified armed persons opened indiscriminate fire on two vehicles.

At least thirteen people were killed and several injured in the attack. After the incident, police have cordoned off the area. The injured have been shifted to hospital.
