Four killed, 35 injured in road mishap near Dadu
Four people including two women were killed and 35 injured, when a Karachi bound passenger coach overturned on Indus Highway near Kakar while negotiating with a turn. The conditions of the 13 of the injured are stated to be critical.
Reports reaching here suggested that a passenger coach, JA-0040, on the way to Karachi from Osta Muhammad, Balochistan, went out of control of the driver while negotiating a blind turn owing to over speeding on Indus Highway, some 20 kilometre far from Dadu.
As a result, four people including two women, Afroze wo Ahmed Deen Jamali, Ms. Shehnaz, Muhammad Shaheed and DR Chandar Mathi died on the spot.
About 35 passengers of the ill fated coach sustained injuries, who are included on Shahid Hussain, Faqir Muhammad, Imtiaz Ali, Farooq Ahmed, Liaqat Ali, Parkash Lal, Munil Khar, Haji Arbab, Rsajab Ali, Amjad Ali, Ghulam Shabir, Abdul Ghani, Abdul Rauf, Habibullah, Qadeer, Aurangzaib, Amir Ali, Ali Shah, Altaf Shah, Maria Mallah, Sardar Ali, Muhammad Bux, Rakesh Chandar, Mehdi Hassan, Maya Khari, Abdul Hafeez, Zahid Ali, Nadir Shah and others.
The injured and dead bodied were shifted to Edhi Center Dadu and Tehsil Headquarter Hospital K.N. Shah. The condition of thirteen of the injured are stated to be critical.
Eight of the injured were shifted to Chandka Medical College Hospital Larkana owing to their critical condition.
