Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says US President Donald Trump should hold talks with Indian leader Narendra Modi, for normalizing the situation in Occupied Kashmir.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said the lockdown in Occupied valley besides massive human rights violations committed by Indian troops, could not be ignored by world leaders.
He said some 60 members of the Congress party in India have presented a resolution on Kashmir. He said a big group in the neighboring country has also expressed reservations over the deteriorating situation in Kashmir.
Qureshi said that despite India's arrogance, there were voices in the country who were rising against Modi as they thought the India of Nehru and Gandhi was under threat from the incumbent Indian government.
He said that Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and the bloodshed that had taken place in the valley could not be swept under the carpet.
