Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince -1kg
  • Egg (beaten) -1
  • Onion (chopped) -2
  • Bread (crumbed) -2slices
  • Lemon juice -1tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) -4tbsp
  • Butter (melted) -1tbsp
  • Salt -2tbsp
  • Green chili -4
  • Black pepper powder -1tbsp
  • Garlic paste –½tbsp
  • Ginger paste -1/2tbsp
  • Cumin powder -1tbsp

Direction to make:

  1. Grind onion (squeeze out any excess moisture).
  2. Add coriander, chili, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste. Grind it again to mix well.
  3. Now add beef mince to the above mixture and grind again.
  4. Add salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, beaten egg, butter and 2tbsp of bread crumb.
  5. Knead the mixture well for 5 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  7. Shape the kababs.
  8. Heat oil and grill the kababs for 10 minutes.
