Pan cakes

Ingredients:

  • Flour -100gm
  • Eggs -2
  • Skimmed milk -300ml
  • Oil -1tbsp
  • Salt –a pinch

Method to make:

  1. Combine flour, egg, milk, oil and salt.
  2. Whisk it to make a batter.
  3. Leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and wipe the mixture.
  5. Fry it until golden.
