Josh Malihabadi born as Shabbir Hasan Khan on December 5, 1894, he was a noted Urdu poet born in British India in 1958 he emigrated to Pakistan.

Literary organisation 'Josh Adabi Foundation' will hold a literary conference on the death anniversary of great revolutionary poet Josh Malihabadi today (February 22).

The conference will be organised in collaboration with the Josh Memorial Committee and the National Language Authority (NLA), said a press release.

Iftikhar Arif, Agha Nasir, Shabnam Sakeel, Mansoor Aqil, Dr Rawish Nadeem and Dr Yahya Ahmad will read papers on the life and work of Josh Malihabadi.
