The court has summoned Zafar Qureshi despite the fact he retired from service on September 30, 2011. Qureshi, in his reports sent to the apex court, had narrated the facts that the FIA is all set for a friendly prosecution in the Lahore session’s judge court for acquittal of important accused by not presenting all the collected evidence and producing the key witnesses.
On the other side, Pakistan Muslim League-Q leader Moonis Elahi, who was acquitted in NICL case, has left for the UK on a private visit.
Sources in the PML-Q said here on Monday that Moonis Elahi has gone to London to share grief with his family members over the death of his father-in-law Jehangir Saleem who died in the UK two months ago.
