The Peshawar Zalmis just got a wonderful surprise right before the Pakistan Super League kicks off tomorrow, A big-hearted cobbler from Peshawar gifted iconic chappal to Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Peshawar Zalmi players including their captain Darren Sammy.

Foreigners Darren Sammy, Liam Dawson and Liam Livingstone were among many to receive the token and expressed their appreciation for the gift.

It is pertinent to mention that Noor-ud-Din has also crafted the Peshawari Chappal which is worn frequently by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

From the video it appeared that Sammy and the shoemaker were candidly enjoying each other's company despite the obvious language barrier.

Darren Sammy thanked the craftsman for his gift on behalf of the Peshawar Zalmi team.
