NAB recovered Rs73b over last two years: Javed Iqbal
Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Javed Iqbal has said the anti-graft body has recovered about seventy three billion rupees from the corrupt elements over the last two years.
He was chairing a meeting of NAB's executive board in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Chairman reaffirmed the commitment to bring mega corruption cases to their logical conclusion.
He said 1270 corruption references valuing about 910 billion rupees are currently being heard in accountability courts. He said we are pursuing the 'accountability for all' policy.
Javed Iqbal said the world institutions are also applauding the performance of the NAB.
