Haripur: Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Wednesday adjourned the hearing in Mashal Khan murder case till October 25 at camp court Central Jail Haripur.

On ninth hearing in Mashal Khan lynching case ATC special Judge Fazal Subhan recorded the only statements of eye witness and student of Abdul Wali Khan University Sayab while other four statements could not be recorded.

A large number of lawyers including the Masood Azhar advocate, prosecutor and father of ill-fated Mashal Khan were also present. The court adjourned the hearing and order to present remaining witnesses to record their statements.—APP
