Seekh Kabab
Ingredients:
- Beef mince -1kg
- Egg (beaten) -1
- Onion (chopped) -2
- Bread (crumbed) -2slices
- Lemon juice -1tbsp
- Coriander (chopped) -4tbsp
- Butter (melted) -1tbsp
- Salt -2tbsp
- Green chili -4
- Black pepper powder -1tbsp
- Garlic paste –½tbsp
- Ginger paste -1/2tbsp
- Cumin powder -1tbsp
Direction to make:
- Grind onion (squeeze out any excess moisture).
- Add coriander, chili, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste. Grind it again to mix well.
- Now add beef mince to the above mixture and grind again.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, beaten egg, butter and 2tbsp of bread crumb.
- Knead the mixture well for 5 minutes.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Shape the kababs.
- Heat oil and grill the kababs for 10 minutes.
