Ingredients:

  • Warm water -1cup
  • Almond -30gm
  • Pistachio -20gm
  • Poppy seed -2tbsp
  • Melon seed -30gm
  • Dried Rose petals -2tbsp
  • Fennel seeds (saunf) -1tbsp
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamoms -3 to 4
  • Sugar -100gm or ½cup
  • Chilled milk -1glass
  • Ice cubes as per needed

Instruction to make:

  1. Soak almond, pistachios, poppy seeds, melon seeds, dried rose petals, fennel seeds, black pepper in 1 cup of warm water for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Blend the soaking mixture and make a paste.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom seeds.
  4. Blend to make smooth and fine paste.
  5. Take chilled milk in glass (half-half combination of milk and water can also be used), add 4tbsp of the paste.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add ice cubes.
