Crispy Hot Shot
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken (cubed)
- 1 to 2 –Eggs
- 4tbsp –Corn flour
- 4tbsp –Maida
- 2tbsp –Vinegar
- 1tbsp –Soya Sauce
- 1½tbsp –Chili Sauce
- 1/2tbps –Black Pepper
- ½ tea sp –Mustard powder
- 2 tea sp –White pepper
- 4 to 5 –Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 –Chicken cubes
- Salt to taste
- Chinese salt (optional)
- Oil
Method:
- Steam the chicken pieces with 1tbsp oil, add Chinese salt, garlic cloves, vinegar, salt, white pepper.
- Beat egg in a bowl add chili sauce, soya sauce, soya sauce, white pepper, black pepper, mustard paste, maida, corn flour, and chicken cubes.
- Coat the steamed chicken with the mixture and deep fry.
