Doodh Dulari
Ingredients:
- 2 kg –Milk
- ½ cup –Colorful vermicelli (pasta)
- 2tsps –Corn flour
- ½ cup –Condensed milk
- 1 small tin –Fruit Cocktail
- 1 packet -Strawberry Jelly
- ¼kg –Khoya/Rabri
- 1 cup –Cream
- 100 gm –Cham Cham
- 100 gm –Gulab Jamun
- ½ cup –Sugar
- Almond and pistachio for garnishing
Direction to make:
- Boil milk then add sugar and color vermicelli.
- When vermicelli is cooked, then add corn flour mixed in half cup cold water.
- Keep stirring.
- When it becomes dense, add condensed milk.
- Remove from stove.
- Add jellies into pieces, cream, khoya, fruit cocktail, cham cham, gulab jamun, almonds and pistachios.
- Chill it in refrigerator.
