Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
- Bread -4 to 5
- Crumbled cottage Cheese -1 ¼ cups
- Oil -1tsps
- Cumin -1tsps
- Chopped Onion -1 medium size
- Chopped Green Chili -1
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1tsps
- Chopped Tomato -1 medium size
- Turmeric -1/4tsps
- ½tsps –Red chili
- ½tsps –Garam masala
- Salt as needed
- Butter –for toasting
- Mozzarella Cheese -160 to 200gm
- Red chili flakes as required
- Chopped Coriander
Instruction to make:
- Heat oil and add cumin.
- Add chopped onion and chilies and saute it until the onions turns golden.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a while.
- Then add tomatoes, salt and turmeric.
- Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add garam masala and red chili powder and combine it well.
- Mix cheese.
- Then add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
- Spread butter to the bread slices on one side.
- Spread cheese mixture over the bread slices.
- Place them on a pan and cover with a lid.
- Toast it on a low to medium heat until cheese melts.
