Fruit and cake Trifle
Ingredients:
- 1 Sponge cake
- 1 tin Fruit cocktail
- 1 packet Banana jelly
- 1 packet Raspberry jelly
- 1 packet Strawberry jelly
- 1 packet Orange jelly
- 3tsps Vanillacustard powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar
- 2packets Cream
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- Strawberry jam as required
Method:
- Spread jam on sponge cake.
- Cut cake into 2 portion like sandwich.
- Now soften the cake pieces with fruit cocktail.
- Add jellies and vanilla custard powder.
- Then cool it.
- Mix cream in icing sugar.
- Then also add cream in the cake pieces.
- Fruits, Candies and biscuits can also be added while serving.
