Chana Daal Pakoray
Ingredients: Â Â Â Â
2 cup Chana daal
1 chopped  Onion
1 tsp Cumin seeds
7 cloves of Garlic
7 Green Chilli
1/2 bunch of Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Carom seeds
Salt
Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Wash and soak 2 cup chana daal for almost one hour. Drain the water from the lentils and grind them thickly
- Grind green chilli, cumin seeds and garlic. Now mix it in a grind chana daal, add chopped onion, carom seeds, salt and coriander leaves. Mix it well and adjust salt according to your taste.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Drop the tablespoon of batter into kadhai and let the pakoray golden brown on medium heat from all the sides. This takes about 3-4 minutes. Lift thepakoras out of the oil.
- Serve hot chana daal pakoras with green chutney.
