Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has said that the government is vigorously executing hydel, gas and coal projects to overcome energy shortage in the country.

Talking to PTV, he said huge coal reservoirs are available in the country specially in Thar region that will be fully exploited by installing power plants in these areas.

The Minister of State said there will be no load-shedding during 'Sehar' and 'Iftar' timings in Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.

Abid Sher Ali said electricity is being supplied to industrial sector without any interruption.
