LPG price raised by Rs.14
Retail price of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) raised by Rs14 per kilo following a sharp increase in international gas prices.
“The impact of this escalation will result in an increase of Rs165 for the domestic and Rs 660 for commercial cylinders,†said LPG Association of Pakistan spokesman Belal Jabbar here on Thursday.
Tensions in the Middle East and Persian Gulf led to a hike in oil prices bringing the spot prices for both Propane and Butane to alarming levels.
On the other side, LPG distributors association called a meeting on February 15th.
