“Physical & psychological damages inflicted on each individual of the Iranian nation in the 2nd & 3rd Imposed Wars, from child killings & war crimes in Minab & Lamerd to attacks on medical centres, is each a legal file that must be pursued in both domestic & international courts,” Khamenei said in a post on X.

He said the deaths and damages caused during the conflicts formed the basis for hundreds or thousands of legal cases.

“The criminals must be brought to justice and made to face the consequences of their criminal acts,” Khamenei was quoted as saying by Iran’s Press TV.
