      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Renowned Pakistani singer and musician Tariq Tafo has died at the age of 58 after suffering a cardiac arrest, his family said on Tuesday.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to family sources, his health deteriorated suddenly on Sunday, after which he was taken to a private hospital in Lahore. He died during treatment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tafo was widely known for his popular Punjabi track &lt;em&gt;Lahore Lahore Ae&lt;/em&gt;, which brought him fame in Pakistan and abroad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He was the son of internationally acclaimed musician Tafo Khan and had been active in the music industry since childhood, working as a singer, composer and musician while also mentoring emerging artists.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He was also the son-in-law of legendary ghazal singer Ghulam Ali and had collaborated with singer Abrar-ul-Haq on several music projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Family members said his funeral prayers will be offered on Tuesday at Shahenshah Cemetery in Iqbal Town, Lahore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tributes poured in from Pakistan’s music, showbiz and cultural communities, with fans also expressing grief on social media.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tafo is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.&lt;/p&gt;
