&lt;p&gt;General Heckel was presented with a guard of honour by a contingent of the armed forces upon his arrival at GHQ.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The meeting covered matters of mutual interest, regional security, defence cooperation and ways to strengthen bilateral military relations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both sides emphasised the importance of enhancing professional ties, training cooperation and institutional-level engagement between the two armed forces.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Field Marshal Munir said Pakistan attaches special importance to its long-standing and cordial relations with Lebanon and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding defence collaboration.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;General Heckel praised the professionalism and operational capabilities of the Pakistan Armed Forces and acknowledged their role in regional stability and international peacekeeping missions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ISPR said the visit reflects a shared commitment to strengthening military cooperation and deepening ties between the two countries.&lt;/p&gt;
