&lt;p&gt;According to the prize structure issued under the policy of the State Bank of Pakistan, the first prize winner will receive Rs3 million.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Three second-prize winners will each be awarded Rs1 million.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, 1,696 winners will receive the third prize of Rs18,500 each.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All Pakistani citizens are eligible to purchase prize bonds through designated commercial banks and National Savings Centres across the country.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;a id="tax-deduction" href="#tax-deduction" class="heading-permalink" aria-hidden="true" title="Permalink"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Tax deduction&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prize bond winnings for the 2026 tax year will be subject to a 15% tax deduction for filers on the Active Taxpayers List and 30% for non-filers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Under Section 156 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, the withholding tax on prize bond winnings is considered final tax and cannot be refunded or adjusted against other income.&lt;/p&gt;
